Welcome to Blue Mesa Outpost, overlooking the largest body of water in Colorado! Each of our accommodations envelopes you with gorgeous views of Blue Mesa Reservoir and the surrounding Rocky Mountains of Gunnison, Colorado. 10 of our RV sites are pull through and face the reservoir or mesa. Theyre 25 feet wide, ranging in length from 75 to 80 feet. Our four to six person, one bedroom cabins, and tent sites, each overlook the reservoir. The reservoir boasts some of the best trout and salmon fishing in Colorado, and Blue Mesa Outpost is located just one mile from boat ramps.
Blue Mesa Outpost is located at 940 Cove Road Gunnison, Colorado 81230. That's just 25 miles west of Gunnison, and 35 miles east of Montrose. We're off Highway 50, between mile markers 131 and 132. Once you turn onto Cove Road, drive approximately .1 mile and take the first right, which is our driveway.
Additional Terms for CABIN guestsBlue Mesa Outpost has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the Guests violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period could be terminated immediately. The Guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guests shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.Before check out, the Guests shall haveall dishes washed, coffee maker emptied and cleaned, and microwave cleaned of any spattered food.The Guests shall haveno more than the number of persons on the reservation sleep on the premises.Blue Mesa Outpost shall provide towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, dishes and silverware.The Guestswill notuse any linens for anything other than their intended use.Any other consumables are to be purchased by the Guests. No housekeeping during stay.The property hassmoke alarmsinstalled and they are believed to be functioning properly at the time of rental. Guests will notify management without delay if a fire alarm alerts, or chirps for a low battery condition.Each cabin has afire extinguisherlocated in the living room (behind the door). Guests agree to only use the fire extinguisher in a true emergency and to notify other Guests sharing the unit of the fire extinguishers location.There is a $10 charge for each lost/missing cabin key.
