Trail and Hitch Lodging & RV Park is nestled just outside of downtown Meeker, providing lodging and a space to relax and reset in the outdoors. Guests can book their favorite Tiny Home lodging for an overnight stay, spend the night in one of our spacious full hookup RV Sites, or enjoy a campsite. All guests have access to our sauna, bathhouse, community fire pits, laundry, outdoor games, and Wi-Fi. We look forward to hosting you!

Prohibited Activities: Discharge of firearms is prohibited. No fireworks are permitted. Tent camping is prohibited except in designated areas. Unlawful drug use is not permitted. Management reserves the right to change, rescind, or modify any rules and regulations at any time without notice.,Long Term Rentals: If you have interest in long term availability, please call our Front Office. ,Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee of $45 will be added for stays in Tiny Homes at checkout. ,Unattended Pet Agreement: In the event that your pet is left unattended, and this results in noise concerns and /or damage, a fine will be incurred and you will be contacted by Management to rectify the situation. If the situation is not resolved, you may be asked to vacate the premises. Trail & Hitch does not accept responsibility for liability for unattended pets.,Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.,RV Policies: All RVs shall comply with applicable statutes, regulations and codes. All RVs shall be tagged and registered. Other than RV use, no other use of water or sewer sources are permissible. No RV or vehicle shall exceed 10 mph within the park. ,Pet Policy & Fees: All pets must be registered on property. Pets are allowed for a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 for up to two pets in rented accommodations. No additional pets are allowed. Pets are allowed in any tent or RV site free of charge. All damages or injury to property or persons is the responsibility of the guest. All pet waste must be properly disposed of. Waste bags are provided on property. Not cleaning up after your pet may result in an additional clean up fee of $50. Pets resulting in noise complaints will be charged an additional $75 fee. If recurring, guests may be asked to leave. All pets must be leashed when outside, pets are not to run at large. Guests must remove pets from the accommodation before housekeeping can service or enter a rented accommodation. The Trail & Hitch team will not enter a rented accommodation with a pet present. Management reserves the right to deny a Guest a pet if the proposed pet would pose a threat to the health and safety of other guests. Management reserves the right to evict from properties and forfeiture of all monies paid should Guest disregard policies set forth. ,Site Policies: Guests shall keep the perimeter of their unit clean, tidy, and rubbish free. No site may exceed a maximum of 6 people. If a Guests immediate family is more than 6 people, please contact management for available accommodations.,Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is noted for each site or accommodation. Each accommodation and RV spot has parking restrictions: Please obey parking rules for our Tiny Homes. No more than 2 vehicles per RV spot. No additional trailers are allowed in the RV sites. Please check with the front desk for additional trailer parking or questions regarding parking. ,Outside Service Policies: No company may perform any service unless it is pre approved in writing by the Manager. Any permitted service shall be the financial responsibility of the Guest. Any damage to the park or its improvements is the financial responsibility of the Guest whether caused by the Guest, the Guests guests, licensees or invitees.,Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed outside only and not within 20 feet of any common area or accommodation door.
